Here is everything you will need to make this smoothie:
Frozen peach slices: Using frozen peach will ensure your smoothie is thick and chilled. It's easiest to buy pre-sliced, pre-frozen peaches from the grocery store.
Frozen banana: I always use frozen banana for smoothies because they create a smooth and creamy texture.
Coconut yogurt: Using coconut yogurt keeps this smoothie vegan while giving some additional creaminess.
Vanilla extract: For added flavor.
Plant-based milk: I use oat milk or almond milk to blend this smoothie, but your favorite plant-based milk should work.
Use an unflavored coconut yogurt or vanilla flavored coconut yogurt to not interfere with the peach banana flavor of this smoothie. I also like to use unsweetened coconut yogurt because the fruits provide plenty of natural sweetness.
Make sure you use frozen fruit. Using frozen banana and frozen peach will give your smoothie a thick, creamy texture and a nice chilled temperature.
If you are struggling to get this smoothie blended, add some more milk. Make sure you add it slowly so that you don’t thin the smoothie too much.
Adjustments and substitutions
